On 22 October 2025, VIA Promoción del Aeropuerto de Vitoria joined the Vitoria-Gasteiz Convention Bureau in presenting the Basque Country’s specialised MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism offer in Warsaw.

On 21 July, the company VIA awarded Ryanair DAC a new contract to promote Vitoria Airport, along with Vitoria-Gasteiz, Alava, and the Basque Country as destinations of economic and tourist interest, with a view to strengthening and promoting the airport and its catchment area.

On 27th and 28th October, the Museum of Nature and Archaeology in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Hotel Cordial Malteses in Las Palmas hosted working sessions on connectivity organised by the airline Binter.

On 16th October, Turismo de Tenerife and Binter Canarias conducted a joint marketing event in the centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz.

The European Union has taken a further step towards reviving free movement after reaching a provisional consensus on a health pass or "COVID passport" for the European Union.

The airline is adding 200,000 seats to its flights to the Balearic Islands and Malta in July, August and September 2021.

The airline will operate a total of 74 routes with more than 300 weekly flights, including 8 new connections.
